El cal\u00e7ot ha d&#8217;estar previament cuit, i ho deixem a banda.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un cop la paella est\u00e0 ben calenta posem les dues rodanxes de peus de porc i tan sols els marquem una mica a foc lent i posteriorment els retirem.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A la mateixa paella, tirem un rajol\u00ed d&#8217;oli, sofregim la s\u00e8pia i la deixem a banda.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Afegim els cal\u00e7ots amb una mica m\u00e9s d&#8217;oli. Remenem, afegim la salsa oporto i el flamegem.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bullim els peus de porc amb caldo (a escollir el gust) fins que estiguin al punt.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Incloem una tassa del caldo, amb el qual hem bullit els peus de porc, i anem posant la resta de condiments; la s\u00e8pia i els cal\u00e7ots. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ho redu\u00efm tot fins que quedi consistent i finalment tornem a afegir els peus de porc.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Ja podem emplatar!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_column type=&#8221;4_4&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>Per emplatar-lo \u00e9s pot fer de diferentes maneres seguint el gust personal. A Casa F\u00e8lix solem separar uns trossets de s\u00e8pia per passar-los nom\u00e9s per la paella i tamb\u00e9 un cal\u00e7ot en tempura. D&#8217;aquesta manera tenim un <strong>plat amb cal\u00e7ot de dues textures, provocant un contrast molt interessant en el plat.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un cop fet, comencem a emplatar-ho. Primer posem com a base la s\u00e8pia i els cal\u00e7ots combinats amb la salsa d&#8217;oporto. A continuaci\u00f3 afegim les dues rodanxes de cruixent de peus de porc i li afegim els trossets de s\u00e8pia per sobre.
