Agafem una mica de farina i l&#8217;enfarinem. Volta i volta i el deixem a un costat.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comencem a preparar els cal\u00e7ots! Pr\u00e8viament cuit, tallem el cal\u00e7ot en rodanxes i els cors de carxofa en trossos m\u00e9s grans. Apartem un cor de carxofa per la decoraci\u00f3 del plat.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un cop l&#8217;oli est\u00e0 ben calent, daurem fent volta i volta el bacall\u00e0 enfarinat i l&#8217;apartem. Enfarinem, en poca quantitat, el cor de carxofa que hem apartat i el passem per la paella. Seguim el mateix proc\u00e9s\u00a0 que el bacall\u00e0.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el mateix oli afegim les rodanxes de cal\u00e7ot, els cors de carxofa i els fruits secs.
